I'm sorry you could not be logged in. The most common causes of this are:

1. Using your full e-mail address instead of just your username. Do Not include "@" and everything following it.
2. Check to make sure YOUR CAPS LOCK is off. Passwords are case sensitive.
3. Spaces. Mak e sure y ou don 't have a sp ace in your password or username by accident.
4. Bad password. You really could be entering the wrong password.
5. Pop-up blockers or security software. If you didn't get a log-in screen, you may have some software on your computer that is blocking the log-in window.
